My stay at the hotel was a mix of cozy comfort and a touch of nature. The rooms had a nice colonial style but lacked maintenance; however, they were still spacious and clean. The service was top-notch, with particular thanks to Diego, Santiago, and Alejandro for their exceptional hospitality. The location was outstanding, surrounded by the breathtaking Colombian coffee country highlands. The dining experience was a pleasant surprise with delicious meals.
My stay at the hotel was truly unforgettable. The rooms were not only very clean and close to each other but also extremely comfortable, offering a great night's sleep. They were spacious and had some fantastic amenities like a jacuzzi, refrigerator, Direct TV, in-room safe, and AC. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with barely eatable options. The service provided was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The location was a rural paradise, offering tranquility and stunning views. Overall, a great value for the quality of stay.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were cozy and had a private balcony, chimney, and a private dining table, making it a perfect retreat. The breakfast and the taxi service to and from the airport were convenient amenities. However, it would have been nice to have a warm blanket available during the massage sessions.
